How Can You Join?
To join, send us a completed application and membership dues for the first year. For information, please contact the Membership Director, Rhonda Ptak, at (972) 429-5384, or the Chairman, Deb Proctor, at (972) 235-8762. Alternatively, print a copy of the application from the link below. Complete and mail it with a check for your dues to the address shown on the application.
