 On August 19 th Lynn Lantrip will be the guest speaker at the Chamber's monthly luncheon meeting. Lynn will share the success of Murphy's recycling program with attendees.
Lynn s tarted with Waste Management in Houston, TX on April Fools' Day in 1973 and has seen the company grow from a first-year revenue of 68 million dollars, to today's 13.5 billion dollars.
He has held a variety of posts from sales management, operations management, acquisitions, sales training, to his current position as Director of Public Sector Services over the North Texas area. His group calls on politicians, and city staffs, in a target base of just under 300 cities.
Lynn became involved in Keep America Beautiful in 1980 in Houston. He is a Board member for Keep Texas Beautiful and has served at the state level since 1986 and was the President of the organization for 2005- 2006.
Lynn and his wife, Laura, who live in Rockwall, have four children between them and ten grandchildren.

Networking starts at 11:30, and lunch is served at 12:00 Noon. You do not have to be a Chamber member to attend, but reservations are requested . (Note the discount for reserving a seat.).
