  4. The Murphy Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting local businesses, economic development, and community engagement in and around Murphy.

    • Membership is open to businesses, organizations, and individuals that meet the Chamber’s eligibility criteria.

    • Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

    • The Chamber reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion, including for conduct that may harm the reputation or mission of the Chamber.

    • Members are responsible for keeping their contact and business information accurate and up to date.

    You agree to use the Chamber’s website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

    • Use the site in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

    • Attendees may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
